On July 21st, our car was repaired here due to a problem with the steering lock. This was resolved by replacing a fuse. Once home, the car started again, but the radio turned out to be dead—probably a blown fuse. We called the company: we had to bring the car in again. Because we already had an appointment for the MOT on August 26th, we decided to postpone it for a while. However, a day later, the car had a dead battery. The radio turned out to be constantly on—and couldn't be turned off—due to a mistake in their previous repair. The only solution, according to them: call the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club). Cost: €149. No apologies, no compensation. Today (August 26th) we had the MOT done: three defects, cost €380. They couldn't do anything about the radio; "Just go to the Skoda dealer." Everything is dismissed with "a snapshot" and "warranty up to the door." Due to this company's mistakes, we are now faced with additional costs for which they accept no responsibility. In 12 months, the car has already cost us €780, and now we're looking at almost another €400. My advice: don't take your car here. They make mistakes, but they don't fix anything. You'll be responsible for the costs yourself.

Vriendelijke mensen, onderhoud wat ze uitvoeren is prima. Maar helaas een paar slechte ervaringen gehad met APK, waarbij in mijn ogen geprobeerd wordt zaken af te keuren die geen afkeur zijn. Dit heb ik onafhankelijk laten controleren (tegen extra kosten), tevens eenvoudig na te lezen in het APK handboek van de RDW en zelf te controleren. Bijvoorbeeld achterlamp afkeur op 1 defect ledje (minder dan 5%), of een trekhaak die niet aan de maat meer zou zijn maar bij kritisch doorvragen toch plotseling geen afkeur meer was. Ik heb elke keer mijn feedback persoonlijk aan hun doorgegeven, maar krijg geïrriteerde reacties, zonder echt inhoudelijk er op in te gaan. Ik merk dat ik ze niet meer kan vertrouwen op dit vlak dus ik ga er niet meer naar toe.

Broeksema autoservice, mega vriendelijk altijd tijd voor kopje koffie en daarna waar kan snel de weg weer op, meedenkend en zeer vriendelijke service !!!! Ongelukje gehad ????? Voor elk budget een andere auto. Snel dus weer de weg op. Maar ook voor reparatie, APK, onderhoud en wat zoal bij een auto komt kijken. Dus alom een zeer goede aanrader.

I bought a car with a high mileage in this service via the Internet, I was convinced by phone that the car was in good condition. After paying through the bank, the seller was waiting for my trailer and handed over the car without any problems. I received the car in perfect condition. I definitely recommend this car dealership and service. Honest people!
