Very bad experience – absolutely dissatisfied I took my Volkswagen Golf 7 GTI to this garage because the temperature was fluctuating (going up and down). The car was chipped (stage 1) and drove fine otherwise. Without my permission or consultation, they performed a software update, which removed the stage 1 tuning. After that, the car didn't drive as it did before. This was never discussed with me, and I didn't give permission. After consulting with the manager, we agreed to resolve the issue. Ultimately, my car had to go to another garage for another chip. Since then, it has only gotten worse: • Car stuttering • Engine light on • Loud engine noise • Car doesn't drive as it used to I brought the car in with one problem and got it back with multiple problems. Meanwhile, I've paid €1700 and now I'm stuck with a car that drives worse than before I brought it in. The communication was very poor. The manager was rude and not solution-oriented. The owner was unavailable. Everything had to be handled through the manager. I was eventually told they couldn't do anything more for me. I filmed and documented everything. If the owner doesn't contact me to resolve this properly, I will take legal action. Very disappointing and definitely not recommended.

Unfortunately, just before the holidays, my car had an engine malfunction. Due to the holidays and work pressure, my current garage didn't have time. After calling several companies (none of which had time), I ended up at Auto & Service. The problem was resolved efficiently and professionally. Excellent communication, and the car was returned washed. Top-notch service! We were able to drive safely to our holiday destination.

I deliberately chose a Bosch car service company and ended up at Auto & Service Hengelo. They specialize in VW and Audi, but they also knew what to do with my 2008 Matiz. Late that morning, I received a call with the MOT results and a (financial) estimate for the work. Everything was carried out as promised and within the proposed cost. The installation of the new brake discs was a bit of a hassle, so it wasn't ready in time for pickup. But by delivering the car to my home, that "problem" was perfectly resolved. It's good that they take a little more time to complete the job properly (and safely).
