Great service! He made a spare key for my 2018 Polo – something no one else could do, but he did! 💪 He also had my air conditioning charged. Fast, professional, and friendly service. Highly recommended!

Knowledgeable and completed efficiently within the agreed-upon time. However, €800 for cleaning the particulate filter, including (dis)assembly, is very expensive. The €250 quoted on the website excludes VAT and apparently also excludes the labor involved in the cleaning itself, as my car was there for barely 5 hours, and they charged 4.5 hours of labor at €110/hour!

I received excellent help with a problem with the car's software. The work was done incredibly poorly by someone else. After contacting them, I was able to get an appointment within two days, and the problem was quickly identified and resolved, of course. Everything was explained very well over a delicious cup of coffee. I learned a lot from this experience. I definitely recommend this company. Absolutely fantastic, I don't recognize the car anymore 👍👍👍
