Update: The owner spoke to my parents and resolved the issue very politely. My parents feel heard, thank you for this. Taking action when things don't go quite right shows that this business values its customers. Thank you! My parents bought their bikes here. The service they received was very unfriendly. They were good customers and a bit older, and there was something wrong with the bikes they had just bought, but they were treated as if they were small children. Very unfriendly customer service.

I had a frustrating experience with this shop. After my e-bike battery was stolen, the insurance company refunded the amount directly to the shop. Since they did not have the original Bosch battery in stock, I chose to buy it elsewhere. Still, I was charged a €45 administrative fee, supposedly due to BOVAG policy — even though the part was not available, and this fee was never mentioned in advance. In addition, I specifically asked for a gear shifter replacement, but I received a quote of over €450 for several parts and services — and the gear shifter I requested wasn’t even included in that list. It felt disorganized, unclear, and unfair. I was penalized for a situation I didn’t cause. Disappointed, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend this shop.
