Fast service... my Citroen C4's MOT had expired a few weeks ago, so I stopped by to see if I could get one quickly. A few hours later, it was approved again. So, I'd say good and fast service.

After an MOT inspection, my car was returned damaged. My mirror glass was missing and the mirror cover was broken. After I told them this wasn't the case before the inspection, I wasn't taken seriously. The answer was that mirror glass often falls off spontaneously. When I showed the damage to the cover, the person in question said that criminals, if they grab a mirror, would do it from the other side. Despite these enlightening insights, nothing could be done about the damage. They take no responsibility whatsoever, and I'm left with damage to my car. Absolutely worthless and unreliable company. Reposting it again now because my previous review was deleted. A terrible company with terrible service.

Went in yesterday for a second opinion. According to the dealer, I needed to buy a new engine. But Kerst knew right away what the problem was: dirty valves that sometimes stick open. This can be solved with a can of cleaner added to the fuel. I'm happy with the advice, which means I don't have to replace my perfectly good engine. So, honest, helpful advice. Thanks, Kerst.

I was able to schedule an MOT appointment on very short notice. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a cup of coffee. The driver was knowledgeable and also well-versed in the regulations for older vehicles.

Best service in Friesland. I can always ask a question. If I can't figure something out myself, I can often go straight to them and they'll fix it. Top-notch garage and friendly staff!
