I've written positive reviews about good experiences in the past, but unfortunately, I can't say the same about this visit. My car needed a blasting of the valves and intake ports, along with cleaning the fuel injectors. Unfortunately, I'm not satisfied with how the work was carried out. Some parts, such as cables and hoses, weren't put back in their holders. After the work, a strange ticking sound appeared in the engine, which wasn't there before. We had agreed beforehand that I would receive a video of the intake manifold before and after the work. I received one video, which showed the fuel injectors being cleaned on a special stand, but it's unclear whether this was my injectors. The photos of the intake manifold before and after cleaning also show that the injectors weren't removed. I asked to see the original photos on their phone, but they refused. The work took about 3 hours, while 5 to 6 hours is usually the standard for this type of service. Communication was difficult, and I didn't feel taken seriously when I had questions. Some of the reception staff weren't customer-friendly. I paid €540 for the service and will soon have the car checked at another garage to ensure the work was done properly. If it turns out not to be, I'll consider further action. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this place.

Fantastic car company that knows what service means! When our Skoda dealer completely failed to repair our DSG automatic transmission, AVS Auto's helped us perfectly. Thanks to their quick action, responsiveness, honest advice, transparency, and expert replacement of the mechatronics, we were back on the road quickly. As a new customer, we have complete confidence that AVS will be able to service our car to our satisfaction from now on.

Top-notch company with incredible gearbox knowledge. Their Audi A6 with multitronic transmissions was expertly repaired. It shifts like new again. Now, 7 months later, they've been back with Volkswagen. They had their DSG flushed and were allowed to watch in the garage while everything was explained. Fantastic company.
