The dealership took the time to answer me thoroughly and explain the vehicle's features in detail. Despite my difficulty expressing myself in Dutch (I'm French), the salesperson took the time to call me politely and explain everything calmly. The explanation was clear, and all my questions were answered promptly and comprehensively. You get the feeling that this is a serious and dedicated dealership. Very professional – I can absolutely recommend them and will definitely contact them again when I find the right vehicle and my desired "coup de coeur." Sincerely, Vincent Serra

Dear all, I bought a Seat Leon from Autovisie Dordrecht in June, and the service was excellent and I also got a fair price for my trade-in. I also purchased an Autotrust warranty in case any problems arose. Unfortunately, I also encountered one with the clutch plates. So I contacted Autotrust, and to my surprise, they wouldn't reimburse me because it's a wear and tear part. Very frustrating. Then I contacted Autovisie Dordrecht, and to my delight, almost six months later, they didn't leave me hanging, and we came to a solution. Long story short: if you're looking for a car, don't be afraid to take a look. I'm very satisfied and definitely worth going back in the future.

The buyer was interested in a car that was/is for sale. It was supposed to be a potential trade-in for the buyer's current car. The seller was polite and naturally businesslike, but didn't give the buyer (the first interested party) the impression that a deal would be made. Unfortunately, looking at and talking about the car the buyer came for didn't happen. The seller quickly started talking about the next buyer, while the first potential buyer was standing in front of him. The seller claimed not to want to lose any customers. Understandable, but not very pleasant for the buyer to hear that the seller would rather move on to the next customer. Now the seller has lost a customer. There are some nice cars available, but consider whether you want to negotiate with this party.

Definitely great place to buy car. The owner is very nice and honest. Most importantly, car quality is really good. Recommend to come.
