We had a problem with our car and took it to Ottink. We diagnosed it, but the diagnosis was severe, so we had to decide whether to have it repaired or to explore the options. Head gasket oil and cooling problems with an older car. The costs were much higher than the car's value. Garage Ottink collaborated with us, provided helpful advice, and offered honest advice about the options and alternatives, focusing on understanding rather than time constraints. We have since opted for a different car, and it will continue to be serviced by Ottink. Garage Ottink... thank you for all your involvement in our situation.

What a terrible garage and what terrible service! I had an appointment to have my car's water pump repaired in two weeks. On the day of the appointment, they called me at three o'clock to tell me they'd found the problem: the water pump was broken! But I had to schedule a new appointment to have it fixed. Another two weeks from now! Absolutely outrageous! They were so busy. Yes, if it takes a whole day to figure out the water pump is broken, I understand why it takes longer.
