Bought a car two months ago. They promptly replaced the air conditioning filter, and even after squeaking brakes, I was able to return the car for repairs right away. Friendly people and excellent service!

After the promise of "I'll call you back this afternoon," I never heard anything back, not even after a (friendly) reminder two days later. I just hope for the sake of the customers they do want their money from that they're better at tinkering than at keeping appointments. Because they don't really understand selling cars.
