You're clearly informed upfront about the costs and the reasons for the appointment. Then, an appointment is easily scheduled, and you can wait for it. The service is excellent, the technicians are skilled, and while you wait, they have good Wi-Fi so you can work on-site. And if you prefer a more peaceful experience, they also have a dedicated space where you can work undisturbed. Oh yeah, and the coffee is excellent too 😃

Had 2 chips in the windscreen of my Legacy professionally repaired by Autotaalglas. Amazing service, only had to wait for 45 minutes with some coffee and it was done! They handled the communication with my insurance provider, didn't have to do anything. Thanks!
