The crack in my windshield was filled quickly. However, a few months later, it cracked a bit further. When I went back, they said they couldn't do anything. They had to replace the entire windshield, but it would cost me €150! I declined. I went to another dealer for a second opinion and was told the filling hadn't been done properly! They said it could have been prevented! When I confronted them, I got a shrug. So, they don't acknowledge the mistake! Ridiculous! Because of their mistake, I'm now facing extra costs!

Chip in my windshield. I made an appointment by phone for a week from now. They immediately checked my insurance coverage. This morning I drove my car in and waited at the table next to the coffee machine. I was on my way within half an hour. The bill will be sent to my insurance company. Excellent service.

Almost a year later, I unfortunately got a small stone on my windshield. (It's almost unavoidable with the cold weather.) I was able to get an appointment quickly and was again helped professionally. Luckily, I don't need a new window this time, but I was professionally filled. Very happy with the service.
