Last Thursday, I called to ask if I could come by that afternoon for a simple repair: a plug in my tire. That wasn't possible because I was busy, so we agreed I'd come the next day after 3:00 PM. No problem, I was told. The next day, at 3:15 PM, I found the doors closed. I called, but no answer. The shop was simply closed. No call, no message, nothing. So this is the kind of service and reliability you should expect as a customer? I took time off work specifically to come by. The least I expect is a heads-up if an appointment is cancelled. Instead, I was completely left hanging, even though it was clear they just wanted to start the weekend early. I'll never go back to Autosnelservice Heerenveen. Customer service and professionalism seem to be hard to come by here.
