I’m sharing this review with a negative impression of the owner and the service I received. I went to this shop three times in total—for an oil change, general service, and APK. Unfortunately, each experience was worse than the last. Despite this, I kept going back because the shop was close to my home. Looking back, I regret that decision. Here’s a summary of what went wrong: 1. Spark Plugs Left Behind One time, he replaced the spark plugs but left the old, used ones under the hood. I unknowingly drove for a long time while hearing strange noises before discovering the issue. 2. Poor Tail Light Replacement He replaced a rear light, but as shown in the pictures, the car’s interior foam is now fully exposed. He didn’t even bother to properly reattach the gasket or finish the job neatly. 3. Exposed Wiring There is exposed wiring in the back of my car (see image). Another mechanic looked at it and said it was very unprofessional and even dangerous to leave it like that. 4. Back Camera Cut Without Repair He cut the connection to my rearview camera but never fixed it—and didn’t even apologize. I’ve been told by other shops it’ll cost at least €200 to repair. 5. Engine Flush Without Consent What upset me the most is that he did an engine flush without asking me. I would never agree to this, as these chemical flushes can damage engine gaskets. I believe he simply didn’t care. 6. No Maintenance Record He has no record of the previous maintenance done on my car. That was a red flag I chose to ignore, but in hindsight, it shows a lack of professionalism and attention to detai. Conclusion: I do want to thank him for his time and effort. However, I’m extremely disappointed.

I had a problem with the crane of the driver window,it broke down and the window remained down .All this while it was raining heavily.Even if the owner told since the beggin8ng that he does not have the time to fix it he helped me raise it a little and pout some tape ov3r the open gap to stop the water from getting in the car.And free of charge.Too bad that he does not have time to fix my car but being the type of man that i saw he is it's obvious why his agenda is so full. 10/10 i recommend.

Friendly owner, I like how he shows you what is wrong so you can trust his advice. As some others just say some stuff I don't understand being a non technical person.
