"Unfortunately, this garage isn't customer-friendly and, if you have any problems, they'll send you packing and end the call! They had the damage repaired and a minor service and MOT done. According to the garage, the rear brake pads needed replacing. So, they had it done. A week and a half later, the brake system malfunctioned, and the car wouldn't start. I contacted them, but had to call and pay €150 to get the car to them. I didn't do it, so I continued my own investigation. It turned out to be an electrical fault, which likely occurred when the brake pads were replaced. I called about it, but they refused to accept any liability or do anything further. The brake pads still had 0.5 cm of brake shoe, so replacing them wasn't necessary at all! The damage repair wasn't satisfactory either, as nothing was done about all the scratches on the tailgate. Avoid these garages like the plague! Are other positive reviews fake?"
