Scammers. I had the same experience when I had to bring my car in for a minor service. They gave me all the sweet talk, and I ended up paying €275 for it. It turned out they hadn't done anything when I had my friend look at my car. They didn't do anything at all. They are truly wolves in sheep's clothing.
