Made an appointment last week for Monday 12 noon, no further details were communicated. Today I bring my car at half past 10:30, even too early. To my surprise, at half past four I contacted the garage and was told that he had not had time. Without any communication. It's special that you make an appointment a week in advance and then have to hear at the end of the day that he doesn't have time! Bizarre!!! He then indicates that there has been miscommunication. There has been absolutely no communication!!!!
