What a hero! 🙌 After weeks without a car, I thought it would never be fixed, but Kai fixed it. Now my car runs again! Top-notch service, great communication, and above all: someone who really knows what they're doing. Thanks again!!!

Bad experience with AutoService 072. I bought a car, and it had problems from day one. The check engine light was on upon delivery, but they simply reset it and said there was no problem. Now the car won't start and has been sitting outside my house for a month, unusable. The seller refuses to take responsibility. They sell cars with hidden defects and leave customers in the lurch. Absolutely not recommended!

I've had excellent experiences with this reliable garage. A while back, I went there for a leak in my car. I'd previously been to two other garages, none of which could find the leak. At Autoservice 072, they immediately located my leak and came up with a very good solution. I've had another good experience with my car's inspection and maintenance. Kay is very honest about his work and pricing. He discusses the costs beforehand and checks whether you agree to them. He's a very pleasant way of working, and he advises the customer in a way that benefits them. I also appreciate that they provide a very clear invoice. Even as a woman (with little car knowledge), I can leave my car here with complete peace of mind and don't have to worry about being taken for a ride. So far, this is the garage where I've had the best experience in the area.

Our car was broken, and we hadn't received adequate service from various garages in the past! A friend led us to Autoservice 072. Besides the broken clutch, the car's brakes were also unsafe. Kay immediately called with his concerns, knowing we were driving this car with our three children. Luckily, he was able to fix it all for us, and our car now runs like a dream! I think we've found our new regular mechanic!
