I brought my car here and was greeted by an extremely friendly staff member, and that continued throughout the entire process. The repair took a day longer than expected, but I was kept informed promptly and accurately. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I highly recommend them!

You'd probably prefer not to go there, but if you do, you've come to the right place. Friendly and professional staff. After my car was repaired, I was able to come by for a free wash.

I do not recommend this garage. After I made a repair appointment by phone, when I went to return the car, they said they wouldn't accept it and that it wasn't their problem. Extremely rude behavior and unprofessional customer service!

What a rude company. Reasonable conversation is simply impossible. They refuse to help me. That's fine. But there's no explanation as to why. I found that appalling. It's a kind of purple crocodile procedure where they insist my car can't be repaired because it's a campervan. The damage has nothing to do with whether it's a campervan or not. The gentleman I spoke with wasn't willing to explain his rejection as a customer or recommend anyone else. So I'll never go there again.

Never before have I experienced such a professional damage repair shop as this one in Katwijk. The car is delivered as good as new, and this company exudes friendliness and professionalism, as well as top-notch service. Compliments to Autoschadehuis Katwijk. Other companies can learn a lot from this.
