What fantastic service at Van Kalsbeek Repair Shop! From the very first contact, it felt good. The woman at the counter is incredibly friendly and really takes her time with you. You can bring your car in with peace of mind. Upon arrival, you receive a polite and friendly welcome. They immediately inspect your car, schedule the appointment, and – if necessary – arrange a loaner car for you. I was able to pick up my car the day after the repair. I had delivered my white Citroën C1 quite dirty and damaged after a collision, but I received a pristine white, neatly repaired car in return. It looked like new! Van Kalsbeek Autoschade in Sneek, you couldn't ask for a better one. A woman who's already pleasant to speak to on the phone. When you bring in your damaged car, you'll first receive a friendly and service-oriented service at the counter. Then, they'll expertly explain the extent of the damage and, through a pleasant discussion, determine when you can bring the car back. If necessary, you can get a loaner car or bike for the duration of the repair. When you pick up your own car, everything turns out to have been repaired perfectly, and you even get a guarantee for the repairs. The same woman at the counter still remembers who you are and which car you brought in after a few days. How often do you experience that these days? And finally, I returned a relatively dirty and damaged car and received it back a few days later, clean (inside and out) and perfectly repaired. It's like having a new car again.

Highly recommended, top service, nice loaner car and super job done, my bumper is like new and to top it all off, my car was washed on the outside and vacuumed on the inside.

What a terrible company! They can't keep their promises (the car was missing for much longer than agreed), then got the car back with additional damage, and they refuse to accept any responsibility for it. They also flatly deny the unnecessary mileage. My advice: find another repair shop!
