Everything took a long time, too long. Appointments, repairs, waiting for a loaner car, communication. Worthless. Instead of 3 days, the repair took 14 days. I wasn't kept informed. I had to contact them myself repeatedly. The only redeeming feature was a clean car inside and out when I picked it up.

Shady brothers. After waiting a month and a half, they canceled Monday morning's appointment at 5:00 PM on Friday afternoon via WhatsApp, saying the insurance company hadn't approved the repair yet. After contacting the insurance company, it turned out they cancel all their clients' appointments with them simply because they didn't feel like it. All that waiting for nothing.

They don't keep you informed and wrongly blame the insurer. This caused months of delay.

Wait time > month; poor phone service causing confusion; drove there twice for nothing; repainting had to be done twice; they used the term "loan car" instead of "replacement car"; the replacement car wasn't comparable to the damaged car.

What fantastic service they have here! I had a cremation today, and then they completely ripped the side of my car out while it was parked. Could you stop by and ask when I can come in? Yes, you can leave it there, we'll take care of it right away on Monday... But unfortunately, I haven't received any loaner cars yet... I'll call my colleagues in Emmen... Yes, they have a car... Should I pick it up myself? Then it's sorted... Yes, that's fine... It was already 4:50 PM... What time does Emmen close? Yes, at 5:00 PM. Hmm, we won't make it... Oh yes, we will... They'll just wait a bit. 😁 I arrived in Emmen, the car was ready. I just had to leave my phone number, etc., and I could go home right away with the loaner car... What fantastic people!! They were so helpful, and even waited for the customer... Fantastic!!
