Excellent service. They were clear and gave me an immediate estimate of the cost and when I could bring my car in. They even advised me on how to find parts myself to save money instead of going through Audi.

Had the fairing parts repaired twice. It was done well. Communication could have been better. You have to follow up yourself to find out when it's done. So, a small point for improvement. Good service, friendly guy.
