So fantastic! My husband couldn't come along due to circumstances. The car was driven into the workshop, I got a cup of tea, the repair was fantastic, such lovely people. Had some paint issues here and there. Peeling clearcoat, and also rust problems. Everything was handled perfectly. They came by early for a quote and kept me updated on the progress by phone. Great way of doing business! Update: In January, I noticed new rust formation on the tailgate. Autoschade Herstel van Veen took care of the matter without any problems and at their own expense 🫶, and now they've even taken extra care to make the tailgate beautifully clean. Plus, a clean car 🤪. This company definitely has a new customer!

I've been coming to Autoschade Herstel van Veen B.V. for years. They've always been great. They take the time to find a suitable solution for your personal situation. Friendly people with their hearts in the right place. Positive and very customer-focused. I also had a rusty tailgate repaired last week. We agreed on a more than reasonable price. And if you're not completely satisfied with the result, they always go out of their way to resolve it properly. I'll remain a regular customer, that's for sure.

Van Veen Auto Damage Assen helped me tremendously. I was able to repair my car there free of charge, even though I didn't have any damage. We had a car breakdown in Assen during our vacation, and I couldn't get help at any of the other nearby garages, and I couldn't get one at short notice due to the holiday rush. Thank you again for your trust and for allowing me and my family to use their workshop and tools, all free of charge! And they're still good people! Hats off to Van Veen Auto Damage!
