Significant damage to the car was neatly repaired. During drop-off and pick-up, you can watch along with them on a monitor and see exactly what's being recorded.

A very pleasant experience; my damage was repaired very well. Excellent loaner car, very friendly and helpful staff. I hope I won't need it anytime soon, but if I have another accident, I know where to go.
