After almost a year of letting it go, we tackled it again together with a visit to Leeuwarden, where we received excellent, fast, and professional service. The Passat Variant's Bluetooth module was missing. He eventually found two modules, one of which wasn't original and had been installed later, preventing the phone and media from working properly. Now, after removing the non-original BT module, it does work. I'm very happy with it.

After my VW dealer insisted on a complete replacement of my multimedia system, I contacted Autopar for a second opinion. Frans from Autopar was helpful and offered the perfect solution, including a firmware update and the correct coding, for a fraction of the cost of the VW dealer. Communication was fast and friendly. Autopar has extensive knowledge and experience in Volkswagen electronics. Highly recommended!

I requested information about ordering a radio navigation system for a VW via the information button on the website. No answer, so I sent a WhatsApp message. I didn't receive a response until 24 hours later. After receiving advice, I ordered a device with a Bluetooth module. I ordered and paid through the webshop. Eight days later, I received a call back via email. I wondered where the order was. The device was out of stock. It was very strange, even an hour after ordering. It was exhausting to constantly chase things up. Communication was poor and not very professional. Ultimately, everything worked out well, although I'm still not 100% satisfied with how the device works.
