We were looking for a new car; ours was getting a bit stale. We found a nice Toyota Verso online at this company. We first contacted them by phone, and two days later we drove to Parraga, from the middle of the country. The car was ready and waiting, and we received a very friendly welcome and excellent service with an honest explanation. We also bought this car there. The company is highly recommended, and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

A very bad experience with this garage. They don't treat customers well, don't keep their appointments, and don't deliver good work!

He takes far too long, treats his customers poorly, and doesn't know nearly as much about BMWs as he claims. He does a lot of guesswork, and ultimately ends up spending €1400, and five weeks later, the problem still hasn't been resolved. Luckily, another garage was knowledgeable, and I was helped on the spot for €50.

My car was there for nine days, and they didn't have time to look at it or diagnose it. Besides, the communication was terrible. You have to call them yourself to see how the repairs are progressing. I'm never going back there.
