My car was damaged quite badly just a couple days before a 1000 km+ trip. Tom managed to repair it so that I could leave on time and was helpful the whole way through. I didn't have any issues with the car since.

Top garage, just a no-nonsense garage. Always ready to help, even when it's busy. You also get advice on future maintenance or whether a car isn't worth repairing. There are often nice, affordable cars for sale as well. He has experience with all types of cars, young or old! Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with the garage. I had tires fitted, but they vibrated so much on the road that I went back to Tom. I also got an error message for RDC on my display. He wasn't happy about it and had lots of excuses not to look at it. He told me I had to go to my own garage :) He only checked the right rear tire and was done in two minutes. He didn't check the rest and said there was a height difference in the tires. He still politely shook my hand. I had spent 4 x €25 = €100 including balancing, and was sent away. At another garage, they immediately noticed a loose TMP sensor. This would break during tire removal if they didn't use the correct technique. They advised me to go back, but given the garage owner's personality, this wasn't very helpful. It's all a lie! In short, extra expenses for nothing...

Incredibly poor service. I bought a car here. I went back within the warranty period with a list of things that needed to be done. He only did one thing on the list and "couldn't do anything with the rest." Now, a few months later, I need to get it inspected for its MOT (periodic vehicle safety inspection), and I have over €1200 in repairs for a €2000 car. I'm so angry that Tom wouldn't do anything for me during the warranty period. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy a car here!
