I visited this garage today for a Pre-Purchase Inspection on a used Honda Civic I was considering buying, and I have to say the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the very moment I stepped inside, I was warmly welcomed and even offered a drink, which immediately made me feel at ease. The staff took the time to ask exactly what services I needed and listened attentively to my concerns. Their responses were clear, professional, and tailored to my situation. While the inspection was underway, the manager went above and beyond by offering me a bicycle to explore the city or run errands while I waited. This was incredibly thoughtful, and came in handy as I needed to make a quick supermarket trip! When I returned, I was pleasantly surprised to see that they were already nearly finished. The manager then sat down with me and provided a detailed breakdown of the car’s condition, explaining clearly what issues it had and offering honest, practical advice, ultimately recommending that I go ahead with the purchase. What truly impressed me was that they didn’t just inspect the car, they also topped up the oil and fixed several minor issues on the spot, ensuring the vehicle was in much better shape than when it arrived. The entire team was professional, friendly, and genuinely caring, showing that customer satisfaction is clearly their top priority. The atmosphere was welcoming, the communication was excellent, and their work ethic speaks for itself.
