Always great service at Autohuis Karst. Both cars go there for MOTs, maintenance, and repairs. Costs and repairs are always discussed beforehand, and if there's a mistake (which is human), it's always resolved promptly. Highly recommended! 💪🏻

Brought my car in for repairs, which turned out to be expensive after the diagnosis. I had to pay immediately afterward instead of receiving an invoice before getting my own car keys back. Therefore, I negotiated with the warranty on the receipt. They claimed to be offering a BOVAG warranty, but upon inquiry, I learned they weren't affiliated with BOVAG because there were no logos visible anywhere. It turned out the repair had been improperly carried out, and parts had been swapped and incorrectly installed. I drove back and forth for weeks and had to wait for the issue to be resolved. I had to arrange my own alternative transportation and wasn't compensated due to expenses. In other words: a very bad experience and a lot of fiddling around.

I brought in a gearbox three weeks ago, and the guy knew exactly what was wrong without taking it apart. After three weeks, I picked it up again because it was still in the same spot in front of the fence with the plastic wrapped around it.

Great service, created plenty of work for the next mechanic. Charged us extra two hours of work, since we were oblivious to the actual amount of necessary hours. Definitely not going there again and I wouldn’t suggest it to anyone who wants their car fixed!
