About three weeks ago, I bought a Kia Picanto from Auto Hoogendoorn. It's a well-maintained shop with friendly, customer-focused staff. Unfortunately, due to a problem with my rear tire, the car had to be returned to the garage, but they promptly resolved the issue by replacing both rear tires. Since then, the car has been running smoothly again. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this garage.

After becoming interested in a Citroën C4 Cactus, I asked logical and reasonable questions about the car's technical condition: including visible rust, its import history from Denmark, and the low BPM (private car tax) upon import. I also requested written confirmation of agreements regarding rust treatment, the timing belt, and filters. The response? The seller withdrew from the sale without further explanation. What bothered me: during the purchase process, they were strongly pushing for a quick agreement, arguing that "other people would be coming to look at the car." When I asked critical questions and sought clarity, it was suddenly seen as difficult. That doesn't feel professional to me, but rather like applying pressure and avoiding responsibility. I'm glad I didn't go through with the purchase—it could easily have turned into a money pit. Only buy here if you're afraid to ask critical questions! ✔️ Fortunately, I didn't gain anything from it—except a valuable learning experience.
