The initial installation went well, but the subsequent service was downright poor. After six months, a crack developed in the plastic skylight. I repeatedly and thoroughly requested technical advice and a practical solution remotely, as I'm staying abroad for an extended period. Responses took days, questions were ignored, and no substantive input was provided. The only "advice" I ultimately received was to tape over the crack and come by when I returned to the Netherlands. No product information (brand/model) was provided, no replacement option was mentioned, and no reasonable solution was offered for a new product with an obvious defect. The full risk and potential costs were simply placed on me, solely because I couldn't visit in person. This feels like passing the buck rather than service. After a major expense, you expect responsibility and a proactive approach, not ignoring the situation and offering temporary solutions. Very disappointing.
