I would like to give Thierry Fey, Autogarage USA Nextdoor, a 5+++ star rating. We drove last Friday from London to Maastricht to visit our son, who has started university in Maastricht. When we arrived, the car was making an awful noise when braking and coming to a halt. We had planned to come back to London on Saturday and we had the Shuttle train in Calais booked in the evening, but considering the noise that car was making we thought we had to find a garage to check it out. We tried a few garages, but unfortunately, they were closed for holidays or were too busy to take the car. The garage next to USA Nextdoor told us that someone was working at Autogarage USA , even though they were supposed to be closed on Saturday. The mechanic working there was not meant to be there, but was helping on the day. He called the garage owner, Thierry Fey, who turned up a few minutes later. After asking a few questions about the car, he told us that if he was able to get the car parts, break pads and discs, the car would be ready by 2pm. As he said, by 2pm the car was ready and we were able to come back to London on time! The car performed really well, and we are so deeply thankful to Thierry for doing what he was not meant to do as it was his day off. He is our hero!

Too expensive and unreliable workshop, they didn't check the oil and brakes and they told me they did it because I almost burned the engine, I advise you not to go there

A functional garage with fast and quality service . I was there and immediately they took care of me , and very quickly they solved the problem for which I requested their assistance . The staff is very pleasant .
