Don't go there. Mechanics don't listen well and don't deliver on their promises. I agreed on €2,000 for an engine overhaul because my regular garage didn't have time. Everything was discussed clearly via WhatsApp, and only after paying did it become clear that only the gaskets had been replaced. My old van has a very specific method for filling and bleeding the cooling system. This wasn't addressed despite providing the workshop manual and repeatedly reminding me of these specific instructions, given the problems this usually causes with these vans. They also did all sorts of things I explicitly didn't want. For example, my regular garage had installed an external ignition switch, but I couldn't quite figure out why. I confirmed on WhatsApp that I wanted to keep it that way and what the problems with my engine/cooling system were that needed to be fixed. They dismantled this solution without any consultation, and when my immobilizer and my car stopped working afterward, they installed a new battery. Even though the problem was the starter motor, they had my regular garage replace it. The car idles unevenly and poorly after replacing the gasket. It's a very bad experience. The garage isn't responding because the only mechanic had a TSI, I was told. I feel very ripped off, and the garage isn't registered with the Bovag (Dutch Vehicle Authority), so you have virtually no rights as a consumer.

My experience with this seller was extremely disappointing. I was guaranteed beforehand that the car was undamaged and that the maintenance had been properly maintained. However, upon arrival, I discovered damage to the bumper, which had deliberately been omitted. There was also minimal documentation regarding the maintenance – just one invoice with no proof of mileage. I drove two hours there and back, had an inspection done, and was completely misled. The seller refuses to take responsibility or refund the inspection fee. This practice is absolutely not transparent or honest. I advise everyone to be very careful.

Kwam met mijn e39 touring langs om mijn raammechanisme te wisselen had zelf d'r al 1 bij besloten om links voor ook mee te pakken dus gelijk laten bestellen tevens hadden we een kleine koelvloeistof lek gevonden ook gelijk gerepareerd hele vriendelijke en vakbekwame service zeker een aanrader

Top service! Mijn auto stotterde soms tijdens het rijden. Dus maar langs meerdere garage’s geweest en alsnog het probleem niet kunnen vinden. Uiteindelijk hier terecht gekomen en dezelfde dag hebben zij het probleem kunnen verhelpen. Aanrader!
