We called last Friday just before 4 p.m. about an engine problem. They briefly discussed the situation and let us in. They were super friendly, scanned the car, and we practically couldn't leave. They were very transparent about the costs right away. They put it on the repair list for Monday. Any additional costs are immediately called and discussed. You know exactly what to expect.

True heroes! Because my camper was making a noise near the wheel, they decided it wouldn't be wise to continue driving, so I was helped immediately. Fortunately, the damage wasn't too bad. It turned out to be a loose cable, which they properly secured. Super friendly and pleasant communication too. Thanks so much, Team van der Steen!
