A month and a half ago, I had my MOT (two new tires) and service done. Yesterday, I drove a good tire a hundred meters to a safe place where the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club) fitted it. Today I went to Autofirst Arendse and Roos to see what they could do. Nothing at all, so I offered to fit a new tire for free. The tire had to be ordered and I didn't receive any compensation, not even a free valve cap. I told them I was going to have it done somewhere else (how do you keep your customers from coming back?). I got a lot of pressure, saying, "Well, we can't do anything about the flat tire either." I understand, but you could have done something. It was a missed opportunity. I'll never come back.

Great service and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Had the condenser replaced and my air conditioning works perfectly again! I found my garage! Fantastic!
