Minus 5 stars. I paid CASH (supposed to be a win win deal) 1450euros to fix the steering for a focus 2011. After a delayed fix, right after I paid the entire sum, they told me that there is still an issue. Basically they said they can't fix the software and told to go to the dealer.Now the steering needs to be reset every 2 days, otherwise it is very difficult and unsafe to turn the wheel. They could not even get the steering straight when they finished. I consider I was ripped off big time, but that's life. So definitely NOT RECOMMEND UPDATE:I was told from 2 sources(one was the ford dealer) that I need to install another steering because the one they installed is not for Ford, probably for a VOLVO
