Not even worth a star! What a bunch of charlatans. Bought a car here last year, and immediately after purchase, everything turned out to be wrong. Unreliable company and also very unfriendly to customers. Unfortunately, I recognize the negative reviews and the company's response to them. This is exactly how they treat you. Ugh, what awful company and people.

Last Tuesday, I viewed and test-drove this Astra. Upon entering, I was greeted kindly by the salesperson. He had neatly prepared the car. Unfortunately, after a test drive, the car broke down. Bad luck: the ignition coil was broken. This was expertly replaced without any hesitation. The car drives like new again. Even when I had to think carefully, the salesperson remained calm and didn't give me a pushy feeling. Not even as closing time approached. After making up my mind and finalizing the deal over a drink. I was able to calmly load my belongings into my new car. And he took care of the paperwork. Once everything was ready, the drive (2 hours) could begin without any problems.

After being a customer for many years (and always satisfied), I decided to go to a different garage. After waiting five weeks for my appointment, during which I clearly explained what was wrong and what needed to be done, I went home, and the reason I came wasn't done. I was offered a new appointment for this. I could come back in six weeks... In my opinion, that's not how you treat customers, regardless of how busy it is. Such a shame again! Editor's note: I initially came for the air conditioning and had indeed already mentioned that it had already been filled elsewhere, but that the pump wasn't working.

Be wary of this garage! Within two weeks of delivery, serious problems with the car began: malfunctions, engine problems, smoke under the hood, brake problems, coolant problems, oil problems, and lighting problems. I had to return the car several times, but never received a clear explanation or documentation. Each time, I was sent away without explanation, with only the following words: No transparency, no lasting solution, no responsibility. I wouldn't wish what I experienced on anyone. Think carefully before doing business with them. Be careful, folks! Do your research first or bring someone with you who knows a lot about cars. People like this blur the lines of justice in humanity. And don't believe those so-called 5-star bot/fake reviews.
