Terrible. You can't order parts there anymore; you have to do it by email. You can't even call the parts department. So, you just throw an email into the black hole and hope it works out. I also had a question about sorting things out, and they didn't want to help with that either. The customer definitely doesn't come first here. I would stay away. Unfortunately, I have to give one star because ZERO is not possible.

Axel and his team provided excellent service and were very friendly! I was able to take my Alfa Romeo to them for a warranty repair. Communication and handling were excellent! I'll definitely be having my car serviced here again.

Contact gehad over de eventuele verkoop van mijn auto. Helaas reageerde de verkoper niet op mijn emails na een bod gedaan te hebben. Communicatie was onduidelijk en traag als deze al plaatsvond. Jammer..
