It's a shame things haven't been going well lately. I've been a regular customer for almost 10 years and have often recommended this business. Unfortunately, the last two visits were disappointing, and the most recent experience has prompted me to write this review. I had to pay for a failed repair attempt—it's unclear exactly what was done, and the results are not visible. I find that very upsetting.

Brought my car in for repairs because it suddenly stopped working. It sat at the garage for months, unable to figure out what the problem was... (I seriously doubt they even tried), but they did present me with the bill! Apparently, this is a profit model for this garage! To top it all off, they parked my car in a neighborhood where it's not allowed, even though they didn't inform me. When I asked for it to be removed, I had to pay again for something he caused himself. After all, I left the car with him, not somewhere in the neighborhood. And they treat you rudely too! A big no-go for this garage and its owner!

Went for an MOT and winter check, which resulted in new tires and a battery. Everything was discussed clearly and then quickly arranged. Great garage. Helpful and good communication. Fair prices and knowledgeable staff. Fantastic!

Great dealer! We did a test drive and found something was wrong. It was repaired immediately. We were able to take it for another drive afterward. Truly perfect service and quickly arranged. Thanks so much for the beautiful car!
