Sold a broken car, needed a clutch replacement, costing €3,000. I wasn't told the warranty expires after 20,000 km. If I'd known, I wouldn't have paid an extra €600.

I bought a beautiful Kia Niro from ACZ this week. The salesperson, Axel, provided excellent service. After the sale, there was a minor issue, which Axel resolved promptly. So, my compliments on the service. One tip: put an ACZ sign on the outside of the building, as the company is difficult to find.

A bad experience with this car dealer because of the following: I bought an Audi in October 2023. I took an extensive test drive and bought it for a reasonable price. Upon purchase, I added €1000 for the trade-in and warranty (as stated). A service and a new MOT were scheduled for delivery. On the day of purchase, the MOT hadn't been inspected; they'd forgotten. I had the MOT done that same day at their garage. The system was also down, so I couldn't read the third-party warranty terms and conditions (Autotrust). I was told, "It's the same as the BOVAG warranty." I received the warranty terms and conditions later via email, which were much worse than the BOVAG warranty, as promised. 100% labor costs, 60% parts reimbursement, and €45 per claim. The dealer refused to do anything about this, despite having promised otherwise. I then discovered that there was no work order or proof of delivery in the car. I asked this several times, but ultimately received the answer, "We always work to ensure we receive a total invoice at the end of the month." So they couldn't provide a work order. A so-called delivery without any proof. I've never experienced this with a car dealership before, so know what you're getting into. Service right to the door.
