Great! If unexpected additional repairs are needed, they'll call you. They'll show you all the replaced parts. I usually ask if there's anything coming up for repair, and they often provide information about tires, timing belts, major/minor services, etc. They're helpful and honest. Downside: ask if they're talking about VAT included or excluding VAT when giving a verbal quote.
