Last year, I ordered an MOT and an oil change. What I didn't order was the cabin filter replacement. Of course, it was mentioned on the invoice, along with my question about why. The answer: that's part of a minor service. Yes, but I didn't order it. It could have been a miscommunication, but still. At least it's a benefit to the service provider. Afterward, my car rattled, which it hadn't before. Plastic parts were installed incorrectly and were loose under the glove compartment. They also spent time trying to read the car's diagnostics and find out where to connect the OBD. Well, not where the light switch is. That cover is now loose and rattling as well. Whoever worked on my car should find another job because they don't know anything about it. Totally dissatisfied with the whole situation. One star is still too much!
