They charge way too much for repairs and it takes way too long. First, they make you wait a week and claim to have worked on it for 15 hours, so it turns out nothing has been repaired yet, and they charge a hefty hourly rate for it. In the end, it turns out a part is broken, which they buy secondhand for €250 and sell for €400, claiming it's a bargain. Eventually, everything is repaired, and the battery is dead, so you have to pay another €75. Good job, Van Oorschot! :D
