Bought a Passat at the end of 2024. It turned out there were a few things wrong with the car. I always received excellent service, and everything was fixed.

The car itself was good and mechanically sound, and the employees I interacted with were friendly. Unfortunately, I found the communication with the salesperson and management very unpleasant and unprofessional. This is my personal experience. I find this a shame, because for me, it detracts from the overall experience. I hope other customers don't experience this, because otherwise, they seem like an excellent company.

The staff is friendly. The showroom is clean and tidy. I received excellent service, and they even sent the parts for my car (for a fee, but that's understandable since I requested them myself).
