The car itself was good and mechanically sound, and the employees I interacted with were friendly. Unfortunately, I found the communication with the salesperson and management very unpleasant and unprofessional. This is my personal experience. I find this a shame, because for me, it detracts from the overall experience. I hope other customers don't experience this, because otherwise, they seem like an excellent company.

Picked up my new VW Tiguan yesterday. In my opinion, this garage deserves an excellent rating. Top-notch salesman Mr. Gerard Vos goes above and beyond to give you sound advice. The sales conversations went smoothly. He wasn't pushy, but he was willing to consider your needs. The car's delivery went smoothly. Mr. Vos took plenty of time to explain everything. He also thought it was a good idea to provide an instruction manual between the purchase and delivery, so you could do your homework at home. In short, go to Garage van de Heide, even if it means a long drive. An excellent garage.
