The worst communication I have ever experienced

Terrible communication with the customer. Made an appointment more than a month before, was waiting, then came to the shop and owner of the service told me that they don’t accept anymore customers. Stated that it is MY PROBLEM?? How it can be my problem? When I was waiting 1 month for diagnostics, I come and they say that they are not accepting people, say rude things and say that it’s not their problem. I wish all the worst to this place and especially the owner which has no respect to people at all.

The mechanic held my car all day, didn't make any repairs, and didn't contact me to discuss the defects or the cost of the repairs. After I scheduled an appointment and dropped off my car, he immediately declared it wasn't worth the effort and that my car wasn't valuable enough. This unprofessional behavior, especially without a thorough diagnosis, is disappointing. My experience suggests a potential lack of understanding and respect for the customer, which is unacceptable.
