We had a pleasant experience with Mr. van Hamersveld, not least because we unfortunately had to cancel the purchase afterward. We received a warm and hospitable welcome and were treated extremely correctly. The explanation about the car was excellent, and our questions were answered satisfactorily. Due to personal circumstances, we unfortunately had to cancel the purchase. We were very sorry about this, because during a test drive, the car drove superbly and looked fantastic, both the exterior and the interior. There was nothing to complain about. A complete car for a great price. Due to these circumstances, Mr. van Hamersveld was very reasonable, and we were able to complete the purchase in a very satisfactory manner. We would like to thank Mr. van Hamersveld for this and highly recommend him.

I bought a Peugeot Partner from Ron. He explained the car clearly and didn't encounter any unpleasant surprises during the purchase. What's great about Ron is that if you have questions or problems, he always answers the phone! He also goes above and beyond to solve any problem. Five stars are definitely deserved!

Today I bought a beautiful Suzuki S-Cross for and with my father. The car was delivered perfectly. A good and transparent company. I highly recommend it. Addition: Shortly after purchase, the car turned out to have gearbox problems. Fortunately, it had a three-month warranty. We called Ron. Long story short. Two options: an overhaul, but there was a chance it wouldn't last for years, or a completely new and improved gearbox with a reasonable additional cost. (Because it turns out the original automatic gearbox wasn't the best)... We chose the latter. It undoubtedly cost Ron a lot of money. However, he believes it's important to keep his promises. Everything was discussed honestly! A loaner car was also available. I think you can call service like this truly unique. My parents are happy again; the car drives perfectly again. Thanks, Ron! We're looking forward to many more happy kilometers.

Earlier this month, I bought a very nice Renault Megane GT-Line and I'm very happy with it. I had a car to trade in, and at first, it seemed like a "regular" model. But Ron told me it was a more expensive model, so I'd get a higher trade-in value. If Ron hadn't said anything, he would have given himself a present, but he chose to be honest about it. When we both agreed to the deal, he told me he had another appointment for the Megane that afternoon (the appointment was subject to my choice). He didn't tell me this until after the deal was done, so I wouldn't be pressured into buying it if I had any doubts. On the day I picked up the car, something went wrong while driving away a few streets away: the clutch pedal got stuck at the bottom. Ron arranged for this to be resolved free of charge by having a new clutch cylinder installed and arranging a rental car for me during the repairs. Now I'm also seeing some negative reviews here. I consider these fake or a case of "it's your own fault, you're so wrong." Ron is so honest, transparent, and also offers excellent service. A man of his word. It's over an hour's drive there and back for me. But if I ever need another car again, I'll check with him first. Top-notch company! Highly recommended!
