Compact place, there is maintenance and car sales, a very good manager, and good cars for sale. We'll make a deal with him next week, tentatively agreed on everything, everyone's okay, understood each other really well, I'll add to the record the week after buying a car.

After oil exchange in this workshop my car started losing oil. I blamed it on the fact it has 270k kilometers so It's not a brand new car, I didn't drive much after changing the oil because i live 2km from work. I went on a trip to my own country last week. I lost my entire oil next to Berlin. The oil drain plug was completely loose. This has never happened to me in my dozens of oil changes in many different workshops and also by myself. This is really scandalous, stay away from this place.

One of the cleanest, best, and most honest repair shops I’ve ever been to. They did the job perfectly and on time, and the price was very fair. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I have been waiting for months for an invoice from them. Stated this could be provided. On collection of the car, I asked for the invoice. I had to go back to collect. Went back to collect, sent emails, still no luck. Also, the repair was done badly and what was "your car drives perfect now" was a whine in the turbo, which I took to have repaired somewhere else. The work done was fine, but unable to hear the clear audible whine from the turbo makes me doubt their ability as mechanics

It is the first time, I took my car to this garage for APK renewal sometime in Mar 2024 (I have the invoice). I was told to change the tires and perform at least minor service so I wanted to be sure and I did major service instead but after 2-3 weeks problem started like misbehaving sensors all over the dashboard. After 2 months again I visited the garage waited for another 30-45 mins and I was told it was just a car keys mismatching issue that was causing the problems. I changed the remote key in UES as suggested but now the problem started recurring past couple of weeks and now the car doesn't even start. So I am unhappy to have chosen a garage who doesn't even have enough knowledge or tools to solve electrical and electronic issues of automobiles. Polite customer responses from garage doesn't mean to have a great mechanic. Update: When I contacted UES yesterday, I was told to tow the car to his garage. I wanted to go for an ANWB Roadside Assistance first and found that it is a simple electrical connector issue under the bonnet and was able to fix the issue immediately. I would have expected such a service from UES or Garage.
