I had a fantastic experience and went home feeling great! I had my Fiesta checked, and he did a really thorough job. He was well-informed and provided excellent advice down to the last detail. I felt confident and comfortable. A loaner car was also readily available. Very happy with the service!

I went here for a repair and I'm very satisfied. From the first contact, they clearly explained the problem and the options available. No unnecessary extras, just honest advice and transparent pricing. The repair was carried out neatly and professionally, and I could take my car home with peace of mind. I appreciated the open communication and the feeling that reliability is paramount here. And while everything was being taken care of, there was also a good cup of coffee waiting—always a plus. A great place where service and quality seem self-evident.

Al jaren breng ik mijn Opel Corsa met veel tevredenheid naar Hollander Automotive voor onderhoud. De service is altijd betrouwbaar en snel. Kylian denkt goed mee en komt met fijne oplossingen. Onlangs heeft hij mooie koplampen voor mijn auto weten te vinden, wat de auto weer een frisse uitstraling geeft. Een fijn bedrijf met persoonlijke aandacht en vakkennis. Zeker een aanrader!

READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW FOR A GOOD IMAGE! A few months ago, I bought my first car here. A Renault Twingo with a panoramic roof. Kylian had just received the car, and I was supposed to come and see it the next morning. So there wasn't time to get it completely clean. He promised that if I could see past the dirt, the car would be in good condition when I picked it up after purchase. The car had some damage (scratches and pits) and a dirty headliner. The rearview mirror also needed replacing. The aforementioned problems were resolved free of charge (touch-up paint). A new rearview mirror was out of the question due to the delivery time. Instead of arranging this, we agreed that Kylian would blacken the logos and I would arrange the rearview mirror myself. The logos are still black now (a few months later), but are starting to wear slightly. So far, the car drives like a dream. Update: After a few weeks, I took the car to the dealership for a minor service, including a check of the car's overall condition. A few minor issues were noted. Several parts under the front bumper needed to be replaced. A rubber part of the panoramic roof was half loose and needed to be reglued. The oil cap and filler neck also needed replacing because they were leaking. Finally, the cabin air filter needed replacing. A total cost of €110. Update: The car also had to be returned because there was a leak in the air conditioning and a leaking headlight. A different appointment had to be made for these. The repair cost €1010. (Read on for the details.) All in all, a lot of repair costs, totaling more than a quarter of the purchase price. I found that a real shame, because I was promised a technically sound car. Kylian and I are currently looking for a suitable solution, and it's great that he's still thinking along! (Not every salesperson does that 😉) Update: 5 stars!! After seeing my review, Kylian offered to work with us to find a suitable solution. The outcome was this: What the dealer wanted to do for €1010, he offered to do for approximately €250. He only charged for the parts and covered the labor costs himself. He also replaced several broken bulbs (headlights) free of charge. All in all, I think that, despite the brief inconvenience caused by the technical issues, Kylian made a very reasonable offer to build a positive customer relationship. Therefore, my review is worth 5 stars!
