When you deliver the car, they can't provide a cost estimate, even if you explicitly request one. Only during the work do they provide an estimate, which you have to agree to. Then it turns out the actual cost is twice as high. When I indicated that I found this unacceptable, I received an angry call. There's little understanding of the situation, and if you're dissatisfied with their services, they immediately refer you to a third party.

Had a Citroen C1 from 2006 inspected for MOT and requested a service. Asked in advance how expensive it would be (since it concerns a car of only a few thousand euros), but did not get a clear answer, but in the end an amount was given. During the day we were called whether we also wanted to replace the wheel bearings because that was necessary. Again an amount was mentioned that would then be charged above the invoice. Picked up the car, we receive an invoice twice higher than the agreed total amount. "Next time you should also ask for the labor fee." I hope that if I ask for the total price that it will be self-evident. When I called for an explanation, I was literally told that 800 euros should be easy to pay for that car since I pay so much more when I take my Porsche away. It's ridiculous that you bring that up, it shouldn't have anything to do with a service on a small cheap car. I don't have much to gain from this, I won't be coming back here. I advise potential customers to think carefully before having anything done here. Work costs money and you are of course prepared to pay that, but it must be done transparently and I find it absurd how unprofessionally it has been handled.

Absolutely not trustworthy!!! Liars I made a very clear agreement that I would arrive between 1:30 and 2:00 PM to view the car. Before leaving, I clearly stated that I had a long drive ahead of me and couldn't waste any time. At 1:40 PM, I called him to say it would be a bit late. He said it was fine and that I didn't need to rush. At 2:30 PM, I arrived. He said the car was ready and I could view it. I'd only been standing by the car for 5 minutes when suddenly he announced it had been sold. Drived for 2 hours for nothing... With a very strange look on his face, I had to leave through the workshop shutter. Good luck to anyone who trusts him.

We were looking for a tow bar for our Nissan Primastar from our company www.feikens.info. We searched online and found this company. However, it turned out that an NV 300 van was attached to the tow bar. 😬 We requested a quote for the NV 300 with a trade-in of our Primastar. We reached a good agreement for both parties, and when we picked up the van, we received a ☕️ with a 🎂 to boot! Thank you very much for the personal service from your company.

Auto Kleiss is a family company with pleasant conversations, strong customer relations, friendly and helpful. They were very kind to us to have a car and Mr. Ted Kleiss was very helpful for transferring our leasing money as fast as possible (he did it in half a day) to get our car in a half day. I fully recommend them to people.

Afgelopen jaar een Peugeot 308 CC gekocht bij Autobedrijf Hans Kleiss en het zaken doen met Ted Kleiss was echt heel prettig, eerlijk en persoonlijk. Ik was specifiek naar deze cabrio op zoek en via internet kwam ik bij Hans Kleiss terrecht. Alhoewel het een 2ehands auto was zag hij er nog als nieuw uit en zonder het te vragen werden de 4 banden vervangen en 2 deukjes uitgedeukt. We wonen te ver uit de buurt om de auto ook bij Hans Kleiss in onderhoud te doen, maar dat had ik anders wel graag gedaan. Auto is nu bij Peugeot dealer in Amsterdam in onderhoud en bij de 1e beurt werd door de garage nog eens bevestigd dat de auto echt in uitstekende staat was en nu na een jaar rijden hebben we er ook nog geen enkel probleem mee gehad. Als deze Cabrio in de toekomst aan vervanging toe is hoop ik dat Hans Kleiss weer net zo'n mooie auto heeft staan zodat we weer zaken kunnen doen.
