A friendly and affordable garage that offers excellent service. A few years ago, they "brought my 2008 Daihatsu Terios 4WD back from the dead" when my current garage wouldn't even start the inspection/repairs after the center differential wouldn't disengage, as the costs could easily reach €2,000+. Their advice was to buy another used car (a 4WD was simply impossible to find for around €2,000 back then). A friend referred me to Klok; picking up my car from the other garage with their tow truck and repairing it only cost me a few hundred euros! After that, I stayed for the repairs, MOT, and maintenance. I was always able to get in quickly in emergencies. And they often don't make a fuss about small amounts/repairs; I once didn't have to pay for an inspection and realignment after my car started driving erratically after putting on new tires. My only point for improvement is better communication about the costs. It's often difficult to get a quote, and for repairs costing over €200, I'd prefer to be called beforehand to approve or deny the repair. That was sometimes a surprise afterward, despite the otherwise excellent prices.

I thought my V-belt needed replacing. After a quick inspection, it turned out it only needed re-tensioning, which was done immediately at no extra cost! Thanks!

A very good experience with car garage H. Klok. Sent a message two weeks ago for a Kia Picanto, the car received a new MOT and a major service. It was also reserved for us at no cost. Today we picked it up (We came by train and we were picked up at the station) and the car was exactly as described. It is my first car and I am already very happy with it! We definitely recommend this car garage!
